Cork Airport is the Republic of Ireland second busiest airport and the third busiest in Ireland. The Airport is owned and operated by the Dublin Airport Authority which is the state owned.
In the year 2007 the Dublin Airport Authority announced profits of €109 Million up from €69.5 Million the year previous. To visit Kinsale by car which is around 20Km in distance you need to head ease out of the Airport, through 3 roundabouts.
At the fourth take the third exit (right) onto the Kinsale Road keep on this road for around 14Km until R611 for a couple of miles and till you reach the R607, this in turn takes you to the R605 at Kinsale.

There is currently no train station at cork airport. The nearest is Kent Railway station in Cork.
The Station address: Irish Rail, Kent Station, Lower Glanmire Road, Cork. From her you can connect to various stations including Dublin (Heuston Station). The service is operated by Iarnrod Eireann Irelands national train company.
